Bus Travel
Did you know… a double decker bus can take 75 cars off the road.
There are several bus routes which may be useful to you when moving into your new home. The closest stop is Rubens walk on Reynolds Road, a very convenient and short distance away from Maidenfields. The Sudbury town service is run by Felix , running a circular route starting at the bus station, and running by some main amenities such as Tesco and the Health Centre, look out for bus 700!
This route is limited to just 4 time slots a day on weekdays, with no services on weekends or bank holidays.
If this does not fit around your work/ study schedules, there is a busier bus stop just a little further away on the bottom of Acton Road. Konectbuses routes run through nearby towns and villages with the 750 and 753 running to Bury St Edmunds, this should take approximately 1 hour and 16 minutes.
Check out Konectbuses to pre plan a journey, receive live updates and timetables to make sure you don’t miss the bus!
